Choose moments, not just good portraits

Begin with one photo where the person is easy to recognize. Add candid expressions, shared places or small details that carry a memory. A set of four distinct moments often says more than nine nearly identical poses.

Give the strongest photo the first frame

Use Feature for a dominant portrait or Headline for a group image. Move the anchor image to position one with the thumbnail arrows. The remaining frames then support it instead of competing.

Protect faces in every crop

Select each frame and move its crop until eyes and expressions remain clear. Use Zoom sparingly. A little spacing keeps adjacent faces from feeling crowded, while a background sampled from clothing or party decoration can connect the composition.

Choose the delivery shape

Use Square for a general social post, Portrait for more feed presence or Story for a full-screen greeting. Standard resolution is sufficient for sharing. Enable 2× HD if the result may be displayed larger or cropped later.
